These Terms apply when users visit the 83VPN website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related cross-border network acceleration services. By starting to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these Terms. If they disagree with any part, they should stop using the relevant website, account, and subscription.

Service Content and Scope

83VPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and everyday network acceleration. The service covers 100+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, client entry points, and subscription status available at any given time are determined by the information shown in the user panel.

Route quality may be affected by the user's location, access network, target service, device configuration, and network operator routing. Connection results may vary across times and access environments. 83VPN may adjust routes, node entry points, connection methods, or client support as needed for maintenance and overall service operation.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users should protect their login credentials, subscription information, and client import content, and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the relevant subscription information.

An active subscription has no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but is intended only for the account holder and reasonable personal use. Accounts, subscription links, and access credentials may not be publicly posted, sold, rented, resold, or provided as a commercial shared service to unspecified parties. Users are responsible for traffic usage, account risks, and other losses caused by public sharing, bulk distribution, or resale.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and usage needs before choosing, and use the orders and subscription records in the user panel as the reference.

Compliant Use Requirements

When using 83VPN, users must follow the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region, and independently determine whether specific online activities meet local requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful acts, infringement of others' lawful rights, distribution of malicious software, network attacks, unauthorized system access, disruption of network facilities, or fraud.

Users must also follow the service rules of each website, application, or content platform they access. 83VPN provides network connectivity and acceleration, but does not endorse third-party content, account eligibility, regional policies, or transaction outcomes. Users who engage in the relevant conduct are responsible for any resulting complaints, disputes, or liability.

Service Availability and Liability

83VPN performs routine maintenance on its routes and service components, but does not guarantee continuous accessibility in every region, network environment, or third-party service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency adjustments, upstream network issues, changes to third-party platform rules, device system limitations, and network events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, route changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 83VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configurations, mishandled credentials, changes to third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Users should back up important data according to its significance and confirm the current connection status and target service requirements before important operations.

Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, disrupt service operation, harm other users' normal access, conduct unlawful activities, or seriously violate these Terms, 83VPN may, based on the level of risk, restrict route access, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. To protect service security, 83VPN may also require users to reverify account ownership or update their login credentials when necessary.

After an account is restricted or terminated, users may not continue the same conduct by repeatedly creating accounts or other means. These measures do not release users from responsibilities incurred before the restriction or termination, and do not affect provisions that must remain effective or be enforced by law.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

83VPN may update these Terms in response to changes in service content, operating arrangements, or applicable rules. The updated version will be published on this page, with the last-updated date identifying the effective version. If a change materially affects user rights or duties, an appropriate notice will be provided through the website or user panel. Continued use after the update takes effect means that users accept the revised Terms.
